I am writing a reference for 5-2 as I have had the honor of watching their work weekly.

This program is offering youth in our community the opportunity to learn a skill that is helping them deal with their emotions and use these in a positive manner.  This program is also giving these kids the confidence that they are often lacking.   5-2 is dedicating their time to making positive outcomes for the youth in our community by offering a skill that they can use to help control themselves but also giving them the opportunity to hear God’s word.   This program has been beneficial for the youth that I work with by helping them understand the importance of discipline and structure to make them better boxers, directs them with manners being appropriate in their behavior and seeking God’s wisdom while doing so.  The youth I work with and have interacted with are showing better discipline, manners and anger reducing skills after participating with Luke at 5-2.

Spirit and Truth church in Fort Collins is a partner of 5-2 Ministries. We plan to host Reviving the Heart events in Fort Collins soon! 

I've been affiliated with 5-2 ministries for almost two years now. I first got introduced to 5-2 through the founder Luke Worden. He discipled me and had me help out with different programs and events. 5-2 definitely has and is helping me to continue my knowledge and growmy relationship with Jesus. They have different programs, events, and opportunities that are free and open to the public to attend. From one-on-one discipleship, mental health coaching, group bible studies, group discipleship, conferences, valor boxing, and going to variousplaces (churches and schools) there are many options to choose from to get more involved. The staff and board members are made up of people who are always eager to help. Anybody who is unsure where to start, eager to continue to grow their knowledge, or wants to be moreinvolved in their community, 5-2 ministries can help get you started!

Chuck Wagon Church hosts our TNT discipleship nights, Valor Boxing Gym, and Reviving the Heart events in Nebraska. 

The Marquardt family has helped serve Valor Boxing and spoke at Reviving the Heart. Nate Marquardt is a 4 X MMA world champion and UFC star. The Marquardt family currently lives in Myanmar as they serve the Lord by running a local school and MMA gym.
