Consultations
25-minute meeting to find out if 5-2 ministries are a good fit for your current situation. What to expect? Be ready to ask questions and provide a brief overview of your story and why you are seeking support from 5-2 Ministries.

Schedule a Meeting:
Mental Health Coaching—Through a 12-session program, we provide encouragement, biblical tools, and practical tools as you progress in your healing journey. This process examines the physical, emotional, and spiritual elements involved in mental health, trauma, and/or addiction. This service is typically a 8-14 week process.

Biblical Restorative Care aims to provide a place of healing and support to those grieving or processing trauma. This is a delicate process that can take time. During this process we aim to help give direction for long-term healing. This service is a by-appointment process aimed at 3-6 sessions. The next step is initiating a long-term healing plan that may involve medical professionals.

Discipleship is the process of developing a strong foundation for following Christ. This involves one-on-one and small group equipping classes on how to study the Bible, the basics of the faith, and a Biblical view of mental health, trauma, and addiction.
